Here's a big heads-up for hunters who find themselves in motion before daybreak and after sunset. The Meridian headlamp could easily come to be thought of as essential equipment. Maybe not as critical as your gun or bow but dang close.As you can see from the photo the Meridian has three color modes: White for optimal illumination (30 lumens) at a range of up to 100 feet green to avoid spooking the game and red to protect your night vision. By the way the red light can also strobe for rescue purposes.The over-the-head strap assures you that the Meridian will ride steady on your head without slipping down. The three AA batteries (which come with the Meridian) secure at the back of your head. All in all a smart lighting solution.
